Shipping Policy

Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed.

ePrint Choice partners with reliable national carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping availability and method depend on your location.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fees apply)

We currently ship only within the United States and do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to monitor its progress through the carrier’s website.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors like weather conditions or carrier disruptions.

ePrint Choice is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. For lost or stolen shipments, contact the carrier to file a claim.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible or take clear photos before opening. Contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
